Companies that are raising a priced round and have a lead investor are eligible to be evaluated for $100K-$1M checks matching the same terms as their lead investor. Companies that are not raising a priced round are eligible to be evaluated for $10K-$100K checks on SAFE notes.
SAFE notes can be evaluated in as little as 7 days. For priced rounds, after we meet you, we conduct diligence and coordinate a time for you to pitch the SBXi sponsors. After the pitch, we will return a timely investment decision. On average, this process takes a couple of weeks.
